Replacement US Keyboard For Gateway GWNR71517 Laptop - Backlit Black Layout YXT-91-55 SCDY-350-1-11

About This Product

Spilled something on your laptop keys or are some of them just not working anymore? This is a brand new replacement keyboard made specifically for the Gateway Ultra Slim GWNR71517 15.6-inch laptop (models GWNR71517-BK and GWNR71517-BL). It's also compatible with the GWNC31514-BK. It matches the original part numbers YXT-91-55 and SCDY-350-1-11. This is a US layout keyboard with a black finish and it has backlighting. Installing it yourself can save you a lot of money compared to a repair shop. Important tip from the seller: if some keys don't work after you install it, it's almost always because the ribbon cable isn't plugged in perfectly. Just try re-seating the cable connection a few times. Make sure your laptop is completely powered off and the battery is disconnected before you start the replacement. Check your laptop model carefully before buying!
