New Steering Box Assembly Replacement For Yanmar Tractors YM1900, YM2000, YM2200, YM2210, YM2700

About This Product

Is the steering on your old Yanmar tractor getting loose, sloppy, or hard to turn? This is a brand new replacement steering box assembly that should fit several Yanmar models, including the YM1900, YM2000, YM2200, YM2210, and YM2700. The steering box is a critical component that connects your steering wheel to the front wheels. Over time, the gears inside can wear out, leading to excessive play or complete failure. Replacing the entire assembly is often the best fix. Installation requires mechanical skill—you'll need to disconnect the steering shaft and drag links, unbolt the old unit, and install the new one. Always compare the new box carefully with your old one to confirm bolt patterns and shaft sizes match before starting the job. This should restore tight, responsive steering to your tractor. A vital repair part for keeping your vintage Yanmar in working order.
